Overall good condition. There are approx. 60 pages, there is some coloring, approx. 14 pages are colored with some writing on the inside of back cover and on the inside first page. Please see photos as part of description. Not all pages are pictured. Size is approx. 11.5" x 13.5".

Very light wear to covers, there is some light creasing, wear/tear on the covers and some of the glue at the spine bottom side is loose. Some of the inside pages have some very light wear/tear to the edges. As is.
