• Condition: Great considering it's over 110 years old, has no binding issues, only one page that I've found slightly ripped on the bottom( pictures shown) , still has the wax sheets of paper separating pages. Exterior is not in super bad shape- it has small tears or scratches in the cover all around, you can see the pictures shown. Dimensions - 12 x 9 x 5 and about 15 lbs in weight. Publishers Statement paper piece is also included with the book. It has tears along the top and bottom of the paper, but very legible. It was not a piece ripped out of the book, it came with the book separately.
