BassBox 6 Pro requires Microsoft Windows and has broad compatibility with 64-bit and 32-bit versions of Windows 11 (except S-mode), Windows 10 (except S-mode), Windows 8.1, Windows 8 (except RT) and Windows 7. Important: BassBox 6 Pro is only distributed on CD media—the software is not available as a download. If your computer does not have a built-in optical drive that can read a CD, then you will need to obtain an external CD, DVD or blu-ray (BD) drive. (External CD drives that connect to a USB port are available in the U.S. for less than US$25 from Amazon.) Once the program is installed, the CD will no longer be needed (unless you need to reinstall the program in the future).

Instructions for international customers: The customs documents will accurately describe the contents and price paid for the software. Delivery delays for international customers: The USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail services are both "airmail" services and deliveries typically take only a few business days. However, neither of these services has a guaranteed delivery time and there are a number of circumstances that may add lengthy delays to the delivery of your package. The delivery may be delayed by the inspectors in your country's Customs/Import Department—although rare, some packages have been held for over 30 days. The delivery may also be delayed by a labor strike by a number of different groups such as postal workers, customs inspectors and airline and trucking workers. The delivery may be delayed by a lack of available airplanes with cargo space. And delivery may also be delayed by weather, natural disaster and environmental disturbances (like airborne particulate from volcanoes, etc). All of these circumstances can make the delivery time of international shipments inconsistent. So don't wait until the last minute to purchase the software—you should purchase it long before you will need it in order to allow extra time for delivery. Also, please be aware that refunds for insured lost shipments will not be available until after the postal service declares the package "lost" (which usually takes at least 30 days from the time the package is reported to the postal service as being overdue).
