Nearly a century old, softcover wraps book in overall fair to near good condition, missing the last pages of the advertiser's index at the end of the book and the backcover. Front cover is present but shows tatter and partial detatchment at its upper and lower ends. Exteriors are overall clean with number written on the front cover and some irregular creasing or minor tatter. Interior is overall clean with a very few and occasional mark or notation. Binding is intact and the book is complete besides the aforementioned last pages of the index and also with some tatter and partial detaching to the ad back index pages that remain. Book is full of period, almost a century old NYC ads.

Book 391 pages, followed by the advertiser's index pages. Book measures approximately 11 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 7/8 inches and weighs about 2 3/4 pounds.
