Estate Auction purchase. Comes from a collector's doll room. Each doll was still attached to the box and displayed in an open shelf for many years. Both had the original batteries still installed, to make sure the batteries did not leak I removed the dolls from the box to take the old batteries…. Both of the battery housing is clean, the batteries did not leak.

Instruction sheets are present for each doll.

Both dolls speak seven sentences… "you want to be my friend", "you are in trouble", "this is fun" etc.

Dolls are overall in very good condition, but not in mint condition.

Looking closely, you will find some faint spots on the fabric of Arthur’s left leg, his shirt has a tiny snag at the front… see picture.

The girl's shirt has a spot on the sleeve which looks more like a mfg. flaw than a stain… see picture.

Arthur's box has a stain on the bottom...see picture. Both boxes show shelf ware like scuff marks, creases.

There is no musty smell or any other odor on box/ dolls.
