2)Carefully package up your repair unit. Remember - a front screen(display) is very fragile! Put something soft front of it! Shipping address found below.
3)Purchase the repair service and ship the headunit.

5) We'll get in touch. Repair service usually takes up to one week. In case if we should order some specific/unusual electronic parts it could take longer.

6)We dispatch unit and invoice back as fast as we can - usually within next working day after service is done. We are using the delivery services (TNT/EMS/DHL) with tracking option (It mean we will know when and if you have received the goods).

!!!You have doubts we will be able to fix it, you may send unit before you buy this listing. We fix it, send the photos/videos of your head unit operating, you buy listing, we send you back a head unit, you put us positive feedback.

If the unit is in the critically bad condition due to physical damages like cracked screen or excessive water damages and it’s not possible to fix it you'll receive a refund minus the cost of returning the unit (if you wish to have it returned).
