Why don't you join The Dutching Channel. This is a gambling club, in which I bet on horses on a daily basis and share out the winnings with its members for a fee.
I use a dutching system, to find my high percentage of winners. I have a return of around 57% winners in every 100 races, which is 57 winners minus 43 losers. This gives me 14 winners on average, to a level stake of £50 per race, over a period of around 5 days.
Obviously, if there is bad weather and cancellations of meetings, it will take longer to run 100 races. An average meeting can have around 5 betting races. Some days we have 4 race meetings, or more. Some meetings now have 9 races and therefore, maybe 7 of interest.
I only bet in races where all the horses have had at least 1 run under rules. This can be either NH or Flat. I do not include PTP.
I use The Dutching System on Horse Racing in the UK and Ireland. I bet with an exchange for better prices.
The Dutching System works a lot better if you use Betfair, Smarkets or Matchbook, as these use exchanges and prices have slightly better returns, but do have around a 5% deduction from your winnings to the bookmaker. This doesn't include your stake, just the profit. You only want to bet close to the off (maybe 10 minutes prior) because early morning prices tend to have an over round book of 115%.

How does it work.
If you want to be part of this, you will need to buy a package.
Example £20 would give you a £1 stake. you will receive 40% of the total winnings for that period.
To date, there is a 50.77 profit in just 21 days. You would receive 20.31 as profit. So an investment of £20 for a £1 stake would have given you profit of £20.31 and you still have your stake money to play with. The only time you will lose all £20, is when the selections lose 20 more times than they win. Currently, the worst in 7 losers more than winners.
I work out all the horses form, which can take up to 6-8 hours per day, everyday, depending on how many meetings there are and I bet up to 8 hours a day as well. That's why you receive a 40% return on profits. If we have a day of losing and lost 3 points overall, you would lose £3 from your £20. The only other outgoing you would incur, is the charges from eBay, Paypal etc...
On a daily basis, you will be sent all the meetings, races and horses in ratings order on an Excel Spreadsheet the night before, by email, so you can see the selections for yourself in advance. The results sheet and profit and loss for that day will also be available and your total balance. You can withdraw as often as you want, but must always leave 20 times your stake in the bank. Example £1 stakes is £20 minimum in the bank. Remember that gambling is a risk. Don't lose what you can't afford.
