Brand new HO scale AHM (Rivarossi ) Penn Central American Railroads 1869-1969 centennial Commemorative  paint scheme.  Painted in 1969 by PC using ex-PRR 4902 and hauled a leg of the Golden Spike Centennial train. Yeah, this was a real thing!

GG-1 Pantographs work and there is no damage to the model.  I loved my first AHM GG-1 with the enormous flanges and a million wheels to find bad trackwork. This one is brand new, no damage or wheel wear.  I tested it on 12V DC.  Runs great with headlight working. Pulls like a tank!  Shocking for one powered truck.  I did lube it with plastic compatible XL Heavy model railroad lubricant.  Good stuff!!!  Box, literature and packaging are all here but the inner box liner is toast as shown in the photos.  Don't worry, I'll pad it well!  No damage or wheel wear.  These locos sealed my fate as a scale modeler in about 1968 or so.  Never saw such prototypical accuracy and detail as I did on my boyhood friend Peter's model railroad.  I was hooked, especially as compared to post-war Lionel.

Out of stock from about 1976-1977. Only parts on eBay for sale now. These don't come around often.  Did I say it runs great!!!!

Heck, paint it Pennsy if you want to!
