Back in 2000, Subway partnered with the Cartoon Network to sell toys in their Kid's Meals.  The Powerpuff Girls were one of those toys.  Up for sale today are a set of four different toys - MINT in their original packaging.  I have also shown a set out of the package for a better look, but the one's that you are receiving are in their sealed packaging.
