POSTAGE:

Items will be carefully packaged in packaging deemed appropriate i.e. gift pouches or gift boxes.

For any upgrade/changes in postage requirements, please contact me prior to payment so postal adjustments can be made and revised invoicing sent before payment is made.

All my items are inspected/photographed before dispatch and posted via the most appropriate method matched to the weight and value of the item(s). For peace of mind, general items will be sent via tracked postage with the exceptions of: –

Items of fine jewellery which are NOT covered by carriage companies for loss or damages unless they are sent specially insured. Therefore, jewellery items for sale exceeding a value of£49.99 or more will only be sent out specially insured. Where an item is purchased via bids and exceeds the £49.99 limit, then the higher specially insured postal cost must be selected prior to payment, before dispatch can be made.

Glass items are also NOT covered at all, please contact me prior to purchasing with regards to any glass or glass containing items.

International postage – Any of my items sold to buyers outside of the UK are handled through eBays global shipping programme. eBay will add to the internal postage cost all external international shipping costs and taxes appropriate for the country of destination, usually prior to buyer’s payment.

PAYMENTS:

Unless otherwise arranged, it would be appreciated if payments are made within 24 hours of purchase. Any non-payments for items purchased will result in item/s being re-listed and buyer reported for non-payment.

RETURNS:

All NEW item/s CAN BE RETURNED. Returns should be requested within 14 days of receipt.

Item(s) must be returned in an unworn original condition. Please include all intact tags, packaging and labels in any return. Items originally sent insured or tracked should be returned via the same postage method. Buyer pays for return postage and is responsible for any claims for loss or damages with carriers for returned items.

Any item(s) received damaged must be reported immediately upon receipt to me.  Photographic evidence of damage to the item(s) and all its packaging is required by the carriers against any returns/claims for postal/shipping damages that can be made to them.

eBay buyer protection still applies tomost purchases.
