I have here for sale a genuine nineteenth century VELLUM DOCUMENT. This is a VELLUM INDENTURE, dated 9th May 1844. The deed is a counterpart lease for a house and land at Erdington in Birmingham. Between Stephen Wallis and Josiah Mason. Pencil annotation saying Rent £105. Also included is a hand-drawn floorplan diagram of the plot of land. 

Blue stamp to left. Decorative indenture title. 1 red wax seal to bottom. Light tanning/discolouration throughout but only very minor. Slight scalloped top edge. 

The sheets measure 59 cm x 71 cm and are in very good condition.
