I have here for sale a genuine nineteenth century VELLUM DOCUMENT. This is a VELLUM INDENTURE issued in 1842. The deed is a settlement of the Equity of Redemption of and in certain freehold messuages and hereditaments situated in Moseley and Aston near Birmingham, then in the county of Warwick. Also included is an assignment of household furniture trade and premises. Between Mr Thomas Sheppard to Mr William Tranter (releasee to Uses) and the assignment is between Mr Thomas Sheppard Senior to Mr Thomas Sheppard Junior. Signed in the presence of Henry Hawkes and W J Harding. 

Blue stamp to left. Decorative indenture title. 2 red wax seals to bottom. Light tanning/discolouration throughout but only very minor. Slight scalloped top edge. 

The sheet measures 57 cm x 71 cm and is in very good condition.
