I have here for sale a genuine nineteenth century VELLUM DOCUMENT. This is a VELLUM INDENTURE, dated 24th March 1819. The deed is a lease of possession in the lordship of Erdington, Warwickshire. Between Stephen Wallis of Aston Juxta Birmingham (and his trustee Eyres Landor) and William Wilson Currey Esquire of Childer Thornton, Chester.

Blue stamp to left. Decorative indenture title. 2 black wax seals to bottom. Medium tanning/discolouration throughout but only very minor. Slight scalloped top edge. 

The sheets measure 51 cm x 69 cm and are in very good condition.
