PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY!......Another nice 4.5" tall "Mutatin' Tokka" action figure from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) "Ninja Power" series of action figures made by Playmates and dated 1996. This is a TMNT 10th Anniversary figure. He comes still sealed on his original blister packed card. The packaging on this figure is in overall excellent shape with a little light edge/corner wear and some age yellowing on the right side edge/lip of the blister...Not the entire blister...Just on the right side "lip" where it attaches to the card.  See the several pics I have attached to get a better idea on the overall excellent condition of this piece.
