Lord and Taylor Black Suede Heel Boots Leather Upper Sz 8M Non Skid Soles

Shoes are in good Pre-owned condition with signs of ware and tare.  Clean, but have a good amount of ware to the soles.  On the inner lining, at the top of the boot, the material is flaking away.   Since thats on the inside, I was thinking they still are wearable since the outside looks good and heels are still in good shape.
