First of all download and install ZDesigner driver on your PC.

After printer is installed and connected go to Control Panel- Devices and Printers , right click on Printing preferences, set correct label size, go to Dithering, set to None and click Apply. Then go to Properties-Tools-Action and run Calibration. Printer will Calibrate itself and after that will be ready for printing.

Use ZDesigner to create and configure your labels.

For best results: reduce print speed and increase darkness in printing preferences.
