Made of fine lamb sheep wool and vegetable dyes with amazing hue variation unmatched by modern techniques. Professionally cleaned. No stains, holes, tears, animal or smoke. Double tied knots upon two foundation layers for durability, finely and durably knotted. Millions of individually hand tied knots. There is antique wear or low pile over the century buy if ok. Antiqued palette, very nuanced and energetic colors. Dyes oxidize over the century giving nuanced lighter and darker tones, an affect called 'abrash' by curators and collectors.
