With 1996 H-D printed on back of package, the original 28-year-old shrink wrap is still a tight fit around these pencils.  Each and every pencil has Harley-Davidson spelled out somewhere on it. looks like there are 6 different designs, 2 pencils of each design.  

The 9 inch by 5 inch tray they are held in is interesting, feels like real wood with Harley-Davidson spelled out on the top and an imprinted Bar & Shield on the bottom.  

Hopefully you won't believe they are too special to take out sharpen up and use.
