Tested on 3/11/24, this saw did run and cut with a borrowed 14" bar and chain. IMO it had decent cutting power, and it did NOT oil
but it did brake. IMO that oil filter in the tank could be clogged. It does have other issues;
Rear handle has crack see the pics,
brake hardware cover has a piece cracked off and missing, does not snap in tight on its own, stays in place with the sprocket cover on,
did stall a few times when the brake was applied, this got better as the saw got warmer.
