YInMn blue is one of the most recent pigments discovered by Professor Mas Subramanian and his graduate student, Andrew E. Smith, at Oregon State University in 2009. This color can be found in pigment or paint form from a few suppliers but it is very expensive and hard to find. YInMn blue is an opaque blue that sits somewhere between an ultramarine blue and cobalt blue in terms of hue.
