We want you to be completely satisfied with the products and service that you have received and on occasion this may mean you will need to return a product you have purchased for whatever reason. We have designed our policy to be easy to follow and easy to use so if a return is in order please follow these steps for a speedy and hassle free return.
Firstly, we have 3 simple rules for the items being returned:
- Products must be returned within 30-days of receipt.
- Products must be unworn, unused and have original tags still attached (underwear and baselayer cannot be returned for hygiene reasons)
- Product must be in their original packaging which is in original condition

- Log into My eBay and find your order under Purchase History
- Select your item and click Return this Item from the More Actions drop-down menu
- Select the reason for the return and print the return packing slip
- Pack the item carefully, include the return packing slip and post to our return address
- Once we receive the returned product and verify the as-new condition we will process the refund via PayPal to your credit card
