It is recommended that the delivery address be your daytime location so as not to miss a Couriered delivery.

Remote, country or distant areas from Brisbane may experience delays due to there location.

Estimate Time of Arrival dates are a guide only.

All orders are a priority. All orders are dispatched ASAP Monday - Friday.

Any Warranty offered or implied is a "Return to Base" Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Pictures are taken for illustration purposes only. Please refer Listing Title for product, size or colour being purchased.

Please message the seller prior to purchase with your enquiry prior to purchase.

Product may be removed from original packaging for more affordable postage charge to the buyer.

Packaging and Presentation may change without notice by the manufacturer from that shown in Photos. 

It is the Buyers Responsibly to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Complete Names, Business Names (if being sent to a business) is required to assist in delivery. The seller takes no responsibility for delayed delivery or missing items if details are inaccurate.

Please advise the seller if a Tax Invoice is required. This can be done when paying for your item in Paypal (Message to Seller) Tax Invoices will only be issued in the name provided (buyer). Changes can be be made to delivery address in Paypal at check out if different. Tax Invoices are Emailed to the Buyer after our uploading the transactions to our book keeping system on Monday and Thursday evenings.

In the event of items arriving incorrect, damaged or faulty, we require buyers to provide photos and a complete description of the issue within 2 business days from delivery of goods.

Props used in photographs are not included. (EG Pen Stands etc)
