This is for an extremely rare brand new and sealed copy of Fallout 3: Survival Edition for Playstation 3. The game is sealed inside the box and comes exactly as shown in the pictures. I am not a collector, so please refer to the pictures carefully.


This was a limited edition Amazon release that is especially hard to find on PS3. It includes a Pip-Boy 3000 replica, Vault-Boy Bobblehead, Vault-Tec Lunchbox, Making of Fallout 3 DVD, Fallout 3 Art Booklet, and Fallout 3 game. There are multiple PC and Xbox 360 versions for sale, but I haven't been able to find another CIB or new PS3 set for sale. This is probably one of the rarer PS3 releases, and it does not go up for sale often from what I've been able to find.

The box has never been opened, but it does have signs of wear from age and storage (especially around the corners). Please note that there are some torn/damaged sections of the outer carboard sleeve as shown in the pictures. Otherwise, the game is in overall good condition considering its age.
