Alluring vintage manual coffee mill.
The metal grinder is in working condition; I've tested it. Don't expect to have fine espresso grade grind with this machine, but it does the job for a regular grind. Look at pictures.
Nonetheless, as shabby chic decoration or eye-catching collection piece, it's unbeatable!
The wooden parts are hand painted yellow (matte). There are 2 or 3 areas where the paint is showing small scratches. 
The white porcelain is in excellent condition. The blue floral hand painted decor is perfect as well.
