Mama's Boys is made up of the three McManus brothers from Northern Ireland: Pat (guitar), John (bass, vocals), and Tommy (drums). Many hard rock trios from Ireland, such as Thin Lizzy, Taste, Skid Row, and Ash, spread out into the world, but in 1983, they opened for Thin Lizzy on their breakup tour. It has attracted attention and has been active on a global scale. Slade's cover of ``Crazy Mama'' was also a hot topic as it was a collaboration with Quiet Riot.

The live performance recorded in this work was held on May 20, 1985 at Camden Palace in London. This is a stage accompanying their 5th album ``Power and Passion'', and you can see them perform in their prime. The band's only performance in Japan at the ``Super Rock '85'' festival is coming up in August, and it will be a live performance at a very memorable time for Japanese fans. Includes timeless classics such as "Needle in the Groove," "Hard N. Loud," "Runaway Dreams," and "Crazy Mama." Focusing on hard rock, it brings to the fore the heavy sound of Pat McManus's beloved Flying V, while also incorporating Roland's guitar/synth GR-707 and violin, captivating with its deep musicality.
