All mobile phones come with a 12-month warranty and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
The warranty covers all manufacturing faults and issues during the warranty period. However, it does not cover any damage caused by mishandled use, liquid damage, or any third-party repairs.
To avail of the warranty, the device must be returned in the same condition as it was sold, both in terms of firmware and physical condition. If the device is found to be altered or damaged, the warranty may be void.
When returning the phone, all original accessories must be included. Failure to return the accessories will result in their cost being deducted from the total refund amount.
Please ensure that the phone is not locked by a home screen lock or Samsung/Google/iCloud Account lock. It should be unlocked before sending it back for warranty or refund purposes.

Phone Grades
Brand New: Sealed with Original Packaging
As New: There are no visible scratches or dents.
Excellent: Minor scratches. These scratches are very light and can hardly be seen if you look at the device from more than 20 cm away.
Very Good: Some light scratches which can also be seen from 20 cm or more away. The devices are still in good condition, but there are signs of prior usage.
Good: Visible scratches and possible dents. Even though it is easy to see that those devices were used in the past.
