With 6 years experience selling these kits and barely any warranty returns we are pleased to say we are back fully stocked, beware of other manifold kits that are stated as heat treated!

These go through a 3 state heat treatment at a British foundry and all the machining is done right here in Wolverhampton 🇬🇧

Skimmed, de-webbed, heat treated manifolds are back from heat treatment and ready to ship either alone or as a full kit with stud, nut, spacer and full gasket kit! New egr gaskets and stainless bolts are now included as standard

The full kit is £190, there is a £40 surcharge on top till I receive your old manifold back, bringing the total to £230 plus postage

Your £40 surcharge will then be returned to you once I receive the old manifold

Manifold - standard Land Rover manifold with the casting webs removed, heat treated and then skimmed flat, the egr threads are cleaned or repaired and a new egr delete plate fitted

Stud kit - wurth extended high tensile studs, 316 stainless steel spacers, copper flashed steel flanged exhaust manifold nuts

3x turbo to down pipe nuts

Gasket kit - full gasket kit including the water outlet flange gasket incase this needs to be removed to remove snapped studs

Stainless steel egr plates are now included in the cost

If purchased as a kit this setup carries a 1 year warranty
