LEGO Monster Fighters 9463 Major Quinton Steele & Hot Rod from The Werewolf released in 2012. This is only a partial set. Instructions are not included. The vehicle is assembled and includes a frog hood ornament, though it's green and the one pictured in the advertising photos looks gray. The Major Quinton Steele minifig carries a giant blunderbuss weapon.
