This is a New Schylling Elephant on Bike Tin Toy. It is one of Schylling's Collector Series Toys. Ball and Tassels spin as wind-up Elephant rolls.  Toy stands 10 inches high. Comes with box.  I do combine shipping on multiple toys purchased.
