Here is a nice Claycraft Pottery Company tile made in Los Angles California in the 1920's-1930's by a group including Fred and George Robertson of Chelsea Keramic Art Works / Dedham Pottery fame. It depicts a fountain and potted topiary in relief with green, yellow, ochre, and dark brown colors over the bisque clay. It measures about 4 inches square and about 5/8 inch thick. Marked Claycraft in the mold. It is in good condition with no cracks, firing flaws, or repairs, just some small edge and corner chips. A good decorative arts & crafts tile.
