The camera features an 80' detection range and an adjustable 0.2- to 0.7-second trigger speed, capturing 18MP photos and 1600 x 900 video (with sound) in response to movement. Equipped with an antenna, the Defender Wireless Scout Pro will transmit photos or video over the AT&T 4G LTE network to your phone (running the easy to use mobile app) or to a web portal where you can log in via your computer. You can also use an SD memory card to 512GB to store images. Data plans start at $12.99 per month. The 120' infrared LED flash has settings for Power Save, Long Range, and Fast Motion; Browning's Illuma-Smart technology adjusts the flash on individual shots for optimal lighting. The camera is capable of capturing up to eight images at a time in Multi-Shot or Rapid Fire modes, ensuring that you don't miss action. Set the interval between trigger events anywhere from 1 second to 60 minutes to avoid filling up your memory card with photos of the same animal. Timelapse Plus lets you cover a full day's activity, yet still takes photos when triggered by movement, and Browning Buck Watch Timelapse viewer software stitches your time-lapse images into an easy-to-watch video. Your images will be stamped with time, date, moon phase, temperature, barometric pressure, and camera ID. The Defender Wireless Scout Pro runs on 8 AA batteries or an optional 12V power source.
