    Return Policy

  • 30 day return policy.
  • Return product must be unworn OR only tried on for fit/sizing.
  • To qualify for a refund, your order must be returned in new/unused condition with original tags, branded shoe box and all associated branded packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Original shipping will not be refunded.
  • Reuse/repackage with the original poly shipping bag or use new shipping carton when return shipping.
  • Do not use the branded shoe box as the primary shipping box; doing so will result in a $10 fee being deducted from your refund total.
  • If you are returning/exchanging your purchase(s) due to the fault of Who Wants Shoes, we will cover return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label.
  • All items returned after 30 days are ineligible for return/exchange and will be refused AND returned at your cost. NO EXCEPTIONS.
