URSA 4X4 offer a 24 month warranty on products used from the date of purchase (unless noted otherwise).If you require any assistance with your product, please contact us.
30 DAY RETURNS
If you've changed your mind or purchased in error you may be entitled to return the product for a partial refund. We must be notified within 30 days of you receiving the item, and it must be returned in original unused re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging in the following 14 days. Returns will not be accepted if you contact us after 30 days of receiving the item.
ITEM DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
Please contact us prior to any installation to make a claim. We will not negotiate on damaged items after items are installed.
