Pattern is from 1985 and is new and uncut.  There is writing on the back lower right corner of the packaging.

My mother owned a craft and gift shop that was closed more than 15 years ago.  The store contained not only crafts that she made, patterns that she used, and fabric and supplies that she used.  It also had patterns for sale, fabric and related supplies available for purchase.  Everything was put into storage after the shop closed and I am now beginning to go through the three storage units.  Happy shopping!
