Made in Korea, so per Google, from 60s or 70s

Hat has no band, can't tell if missing or never had

Hat needs a good brushing. See  close-up pictures of the hat that it is dusty,  only cursory brushing done

Brims are curled on all 4 sides. Curled up on sides, down on front & back

Hat is stiff, crown is flexible
