This is a vintage unique piece called a breath o lator! It was used to breathe and flavored aromas. I have never seen one before. But this is a complete unit. It has the covers it has inside Wick. There’s four pieces total. They look very clean. It is marked on the bottom BREATH-o-lator, Patented USA. This little guy measures one and three-quarter inches by an inch by 1/3” approximately the metal composition is not magnetic. It’s adorable. Like TickTock’s for another century.
I think this is popular in the 1940s era. These are hard to find and difficult to price.
