DESCRIPTION: 

Antique Kensington Art Nouveau 6" tile. Acanthus leaf design in a slate blue glaze. The Kensington Art Tile company operated in Newport, Kentucky from 1885 to 1895. 

Very good condition with no chips or cracks, however there is some rub wear to the glaze on several high relief portions of the design (see last picture).
