Very pensive peaceful expression on this larger 20” Kister china-doll. Shoulder plate is 5 inches tall and width is 4 3/4 inches. Has her original antique muslin body with hand stitched hands soiled just a little but solid body no odors.

Painted features are Kister manufacture with the heart shaped lips and accent line.

Fully round bright blue eye with red eyeliner crease, and white highlights on right side of iris. Has a molded chin and very rosy cheeks. White center part and many sausage curls all around head. Some rubs on back where doll was laid down. She has a manufacture mold mark inside the head and no imperfections from inside.

Her complexion is very good with no imperfections or pitting in the porcelain. No repairs, cracks, nor hairlines to the shoulder plate.

Has antique slip, pantilets and black cotton stockings.

She wears a vintage black mourning dress with antique cotton lace and beading at the neckline that has nicks. Little tiny buttons and rushing at the bodice and black ribbon at the waist.

For her age, this sweet little lady china doll is in very good condition.

The expression on her face of thoughtfulness seems appropriate for her dress of mourning.
