Our brand new Capella Dress delights in pure cotton with custom lace panels and dot embroidery. This airy maxi-frock has a square, encased elastic neckline that falls off the shoulder at will. The multithread smocked bodice is framed by classic puffed sleeves with ruffled trim. Below, the shirred skirt falls to alternating tiers with multicolored rose-on-the-vine embroidery.
