FREE POSTAGE IS FOR UK MAINLAND ONLY, WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS  

 

The following areas of the UK may not receive a next day service by Royal Mail Special Delivery and could also cost extra for courier delivery, if you live in one of these areas, please email us with your full postcode for a carriage quote before ordering.

 

Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and the following Postcode prefixes 

AB, DD, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH & ZE.

 

IF YOU LIVE IN ONE OF THESE AREAS AND BUY WITHOUT CONTACTING US BEFOREHAND YOUR PARCEL MAY BE DELAYED, PENDING AN EXTRA PAYMENT FOR DELIVERY.

 

RETURNS POLICY:

If we've listed an item incorrectly, we will offer either an alternative replacement or refund and we will pay for carriage for the return of the item.

 

If a part is delivered damaged you must notify us within 24hrs of receipt of the part.

 

If you've ordered the wrong part and the listing is accurate or you simply no longer need the part, we will accept returns within 7 days of delivery. However, you must cover the cost of returning the part by a signed for and traceable service. Carriage will not be refunded. The part will then be inspected.   We don’t charge any handling charge and we will only deduct our outward postage costs from the refund.

 

If a part has been fitted and was not faulty there will be no refunds whatsoever.
