All our items come from a Smoke Free and Pet Free Office & Warehouse

We work very hard to describe our items accurately. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us by email. We aim to receive a 5 star rating!

We want to make your purchase experience a positive one. Returns are gladly accepted unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Item must be returned in the same condition as received. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, only original purchase price will be refunded. If the item purchased was shipped for free (free shipping), the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Buyer to pay all shipping charges unless free shipping is offered. Buyers are responsible to pay shipping cost for returns.

We ship Monday through Friday, generally within 24 hours of purchase unless otherwise stated in the listing, excluding weekends and holidays.

Import duties, taxes or VAT"S are not included in the item price unless eBay collects them at the time of sale and are not included in the shipping charge. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pick the item up – please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
