Here is a new volume control for a 1957 Chrysler & Plymouth car   radio Mopar model 847 (C5705) and Mopar model 848 (P5701) It is important that your model number is that number. They made several different models from the same year and one don't fit the same as another model.This volume control number is 33-5580-16. If you look at your Sam's photo facts that is the number it should say for model 847 & 848. Feel free to ask if you are looking for a different volume control.
