This Coin Is Much Darker Than A Normal Coin. Probably Caused By Intense Heat. It Could Have Happened At The Mint If It Was Left In The Kiln Too Long. I've Seen Graded Coins That Look Similar And Are Labeled As Improperly Annealed.
