If you return the parts you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return, but will be reimbursed for defects.

If the product is defective (other then defects noted in the product description), as long as you send it back within 14 days of receiving it. Contact us first. You might be able to send us a photo with the damage and then you don't have to ship it back to us, we can exchange or refund your item. Otherwise, the buyer will pay shipping back, and if it is deemed to be defective, we will cover the cost of your shipping if you send us a copy of your shipping bill, and then send another same item out if we have it. If we do not have another same item, we will refund your cost of the part and your cost of shipping.
