We guarantee your satisfaction on every item we sell. We offer a 14-day return privilege on every item we sell if it is not as described. If you are not 100% satisfied that the item was as described, you may return it within fourteen days of receipt for a complete refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).  To expedite and complete your refund, you must: 1) notify us within three (NOT 14) days of receipt that you are making a return and 2) we insist that you return the item within (14)fourteen days, properly insured, in its original packaging, be it a tube, box or envelope. Failure to comply with both of these conditions invalidates the return.
