DOA Warranty -

If an item is DOA (dead on arrival), please contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving item, and BEFORE opening an eBay case for return instructions. If item is damaged in shipment, please take photos of outside and inside of box and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the appropriate shipping company. Refund will be issued to after inspection and verification that the returned item is the same one as shipped. Serial numbers are recorded and/or Items are coded to prevent fraud. Sorry for any inconvenience, but fraudulent DOA claims do happen.

Return Policy -

We only accept returns for items that are DOA (dead on arrival) or do not function as described in listing. Buyer is responsible for ensuring that this item is compatible with your application.  Thank you.
