This is an opportunity to add an extremely rare item to your vintage toy collection.  

Otaco Minnitoy Monkey on Hand Cart Pull Toy.  Plush fabric body on metal cart.  Most of the original blue paint is intact but there is some wear as shown in photos.  Made by famed toy maker Otaco Minnitoy of Orillia, Ontario, Canada.  Rubber tires stamped with Minnitoy logo.

Approximately 12 inches long (front of cart to back of rear tire); 5 1/2 inches wide (outside wheel to wheel) and almost 11 inches tall.

Still has original hat and eyes intact.

Mechanical function works manually if you pull the handle back and forth.  I think it will need some oiling to make it work with the pull string but I leave that to the buyer.  There is a red pull string and what looks like a mason jar ring as a handle but I doubt that is original and was just an add on to this once loved toy.

I turned the head  backwards ( a la Linda Blair) to show that it does have full rotation function. Stitching intact throughout. I can see no rips or tears.  I have taken as many pictures as allowed but can send additional upon request.
