Bootable Flash Drive UEFI for new PC and MAC with Coffin R63, Caffeine, OS3.1 MW, OS3.1 Colour Icons, AGS (Amiga game selector), Retroarch, Emulation Station, FS-UAE

I am pleased to introduce you to the new comprehensive Pimmodore 2.0 system for PC and MAC, based on the latest DietPi Linux distribution (Debian12 64-bit).

If you are currently using the popular Windows 11 operating system on your PC, it's likely configured to boot in UEFI mode. This flash drive will function without needing to adjust this setting in the BIOS. Simply initiate the boot mode before starting and boot the computer from this flash drive. For Apple computer users, hold down the right ALT key during startup and select the previously inserted USB device from the menu.

The flash drive is filled with various versions of AmigaOS, including the latest CoffinOS R63, Caffeine, AGS, as well as OS3.1 with Magic windows and OS31 with colour icons. It also includes Commodore VICE emulator, encompassing all C64 games and programs generally available. You'll also find Retroarch and Emulation Station, featuring other computer emulators from the 80s and 90s, such as Amstrad, ZX Spectrum, Atari, and of course, MAME!

Compared to the previous version of this already popular emulator, we have enhanced the Boot Selector, allowing for easy switching of the booted Amiga OS with just one click! In the new version, you can boot the system directly into your chosen Amiga OS or directly into the XFCE desktop if preferred.

We have also improved the installation program; you can now install the system on any hard drive or another USB drive. For more details, please refer to the readme file located on the desktop.

The system is designed for 64-bit architecture computers, with minimal requirements being a dual-core processor and about 2 GB of RAM, although better hardware will yield better results. The emulated Amiga is approximately 400 times faster than the basic version of the Amiga 1200.

Special Edition for Retro Enthusiasts:

This specially curated collection is designed for those who owned a Commodore 64 or Amiga in the 80s and 90s and want to relive the nostalgia of the computing world from that era. The flash drive contains an extensive library of all programs and games ever created for the Amiga, Commodore 64, ZX Spectrum etc, offering a comprehensive journey through the golden age of retro computing.
