You can return any item purchased from us as long as it meets the following conditions:

• It is returned to Korea within 30 days of receipt

• It is returned in original condition and properly packaged in its original packaging.

Please note that we will not cover any delivery costs for returned products. We ask that all customers be responsible for their own return shipping cost.

• We only sell 100% authentic designer items. Each item is put through a rigorous authentication process by both in-house and external experts before going on sale.

• Purchased items will be dispatched from Korea.

• Delivery will take approximately 7-14 days, depending on your location but delay may occur due to the process at the customs of your country or various other reasons.
