Auction for an almost 40 year old (1986 build) USA Fender Stratocaster American Standard in black with maple neck.

Serial number on neck confirms production year.

No significant fret wear. You can see by the colour of the neck that this is not a new guitar.

The Strat has been professionally fitted with a Freeway 5B5 switch giving it 10 different pickup combination settings (original switch will be included in the sale). Turns the Strat into a tone monster releasing a wide range of new tones.

Given its age the Strat is in excellent condition. I acquired it a few years back and it is a beautiful guitar to play - but I have too many guitars!
